    FOR CHICKEN
    Brine salting process po mga moms, ibabad lang po sa water na may salt, pepper, bay leaves or rosemary(any of them) ang manok at least 6hrs or magdamag
    Then hugasan and drain pong mabuti, gumawa at i-coat po sa 1C APF, 1C cornstarch, 1 magic sarap, salt and pepper(mixed well) and deep fry for about 6mins kabilaan po in med heat?
    FOR MUSHROOM GRAVY

    Onion & Garlic in butter, add magic sarap, patis & pepper, 1 can mushroom,2 tbsp flour, kapag medyo namuo na ng konti, add 1 can evap milk, water and & cornstarch in a cup of water, konting soy sauce (to add color)add salt to taste, when it comes to boil, turn off the heat
