    Fried Tofu with a twist.
    Simpleng ulam. Tipid budet pro masarap.
    Easy to prep.
    1. Cut your tofu in small pieces. Coat your tofu with beaten egg and dip in cornstarch before frying.
    2. Saute onions and bell pepper in little oil. Add 3 tbsp oyster sauce, sili (optional) 1 tbsp soy sauce, dash of pepper and salt to taste.
    3. Add your fried tofu. Mix and then add mayonaise. Then a little sugar to taste
    4. Serve while hot.
